• Have effective communication and relationship management skills to work with employees from all levels and areas within an organisation
• Provide support to operational employees in the implementation of change processes
• Work with competitive knowledge of the business, industry and sector in which the organisation operates
• Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
• Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ES WSQ WPL level 5
• Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) level 5″

Required Years of Experience in Relevant Domain
At least 3 years working experience in supervisory/team leader role.

Measures to Ascertain Learner Suitability
If they don’t meet the criteria, learners will have to attend and attain minimum WPL of level 5 and WPN of level 4

If the learners do not meet the above entry requirements
• Learners without any formal qualifications (e.g. NTC / N Level /O Level etc) will be required to provide SOA or supporting documents to prove that they have attended minimum two WSQ training programs (one level lower, equivalent or higher).
• If the learners do not meet any of the above requirements, they could submit writing proficiency assessment and interview by program specialist.

Enhanced Training Support Scheme

– Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
