Entry Requirements

There are no pre-requisites for this course.

Learners are assumed to be able to:
o Understands relevant organisational strategies, objectives, culture, policies, processes and products / services;
o Aware of compliance requirements of the organisation;
o Have business writing skills to prepare management report;
o Have analytical skills to assess policies and procedures;
o Have information gathering skills to gather and collate necessary data
o Have interpersonal and communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders; and
o Have facilitation skills to ask the right questions to elicit necessary information

SkillsFuture Credit

Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding.

Enhanced Training Support Scheme

– Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore

– At least 30% local shareholding by Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents

– Employment size of not more than 200 (at group level) or with annual sales turnover (at group level) of not more than SGD100 million

– Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course

– Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
