• Provide support to operational employees in the implementation of change processes
• Work with competitive knowledge of the business, industry and sector in which the organisation operates
• Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) & Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
• The entry requirement will be ‘N’ level/’O’ level qualification and above and be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ES WSQ WPL level 5/’N’ level.
• Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) level 5/’N’ level

Required Years of Experience in Relevant Domain
• At least 3 years working experience in supervisory/team leader role.

Measures to Ascertain Learner Suitability
• Use the Illeris dimensions (Please refer to the Part 4C in the Course Proposal) to ascertain learner’s suitability. If they don’t meet the criteria, learners will have to attend and attain minimum WPL of level 5 and WPN of level 5
• LearnCollab training executive will provide the learners an application form to fill out before enrolling into the program. This will provide LearnCollab with some information on ensuring that the learners are suitable before they are accepted into the program.

If the learners do not meet the above entry requirements
• Learners who are not able to fulfil basic literacy requirements for the program will be advised to register for the WSQ Work Place Literacy (WPL) Program. Contact information of the providers for the WPL will be provided if necessary.
• Learners without any formal qualifications (e.g. NTC / N Level / O Level etc) will be required to provide SOA or supporting documents to prove that they have attended minimum of three WSQ training pro- grams (equivalent or higher). They will then know the expectations of the course such as the willingness to participate in class activities which include group discussion, brainstorming, presentation that requires medium to high sociality and emotion. If the learners do not meet any of the above requirements, they could submit a writing proficiency assessment and interview by program specialist who will then approve on a case by case basis.

SkillsFuture Credit

Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding.

Enhanced Training Support Scheme

– Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore

– At least 30% local shareholding by Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
