Entry Requirements

Entry Requirements

  • 1 year working experience in any sector;
  • Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 4 or equivalent; and
  • Proficient with the use of an Apple/Windows laptops and a smart phone.

Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail and/or customer-facing roles, subject to the MR’s approval.

Enhanced Training Support Scheme

– Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore

– At least 30% local shareholding by Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
