By creating a course on how to develop a Customer Acquisition & Conversion Chatbox, we are confident business owners and consultants will be able to benefit not only by customising our provided chatbot templates to suit their business process and flow, but also be able to deploy their chatbot by the time the course is completed.

Plan user requirements for a customer service knowledge base
Explain the importance of PDPA compliance in customer service knowledge base
Develop system specifications to meet the organisation’s objectives and budget
Gather feedback from 2 users to improve the customer service knowledge base
Course Requirements
Have ‘O’ level pass in English and Mathematics. Broadly equivalent to WPL Level 6 and WPN – Intermediate Level
Have working experience of slightly more than two years to highly experienced manager
